When participating in the Nexus Academy or CTF Arena, you agree to:

• Not attack infrastructure outside the designated scopes and lab environments.
• Not share flags, challenge solutions, or exploit steps publicly.
• Respect other users and the integrity of the platform.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, course materials, challenges, and software provided on this platform are the intellectual property of Nexus Defenders. You may not distribute, modify, or reproduce them without explicit permission.

4. Limitation of Liability

Nexus Defenders provides these training environments for educational purposes only. We are not liable for any misuse of the techniques taught on this platform outside of authorized, legal engagements.
